ABC Commission ratifies offer of suspension, fine for La Residence

The ABC Commission ratified the offer in compromise for La Residence at their November meeting today. In the offer, the ABC permits for La Residence will be suspended for 50 days, beginning on Dec. 18. But the restaurant can avoid the final 36 days of the suspension, if they pay a $5,000 fine by Dec. 11. (Daily Tar Heel)
