Jamie Cherry Helps UNC Women Top Yale


Jamie Cherry scored a game high 24 points to pace UNC to a 70-63 victory over Yale in the third and final game of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Women’s Challenge from Carmichael Arena. Cherry went 7-of-12 from the field and 8-of-9 from the free throw line to give UNC (4-2) its fourth win in a row. N’Dea Bryant added 12 points and 13 rebounds for her first career double-double.
