Quinton Coples tweets goodbye to Jets fans after getting cut


was waived Monday by the Jets. The move seemed inevitable, even if the midseason timing was a surprise. Head coach Todd Bowles said Coples, a 2012 first-round draft pick, lacked the speed to play outside linebacker in the Jets' scheme. But Bowles also said he thinks Coples could be a fit somewhere else, most likely as a 4-3 defensive end, his more natural position. (NJ.com)
