Jones Angell remembers childhood friend Quincy Monk

Quincy Monk, a White Oak High School graduate, former UNC player and NFL linebacker died Tuesday after a battle with cancer, but his legacy still lives on. WNCT spoke with those who knew him and say his positive outlook on life was what made him so special. “Really have a lot of fond memories of growing up with Q,” said Jones Angell, a childhood friend.
