Butch Davis pulls recruiting surprises

New University of North Carolina football coach Butch Davis pulled major recruiting surprises yesterday, the national letter of intent signing day. The Tar Heels landed versatile Durham Hillside athlete Greg Little, who had committed to Notre Dame, and finished crucial commitments with all-star receivers Rashad Mason of Nashville, Tenn., and Dwight Jones of Burlington Cummings.
