Former high school coaches remember Quincy Monk as great person, athlete

Quincy Monk will not only be remembered as a standout athlete at White Oak High, but for also what former coaches said was a positive outlook on life. Monk, a 1997 White Oak graduate and former University of North Carolina and NFL linebacker, died Tuesday due to an infection he suffered following surgery about a week ago.
