Marcus Paige expected to play vs. No. 2 Maryland after injury

North Carolina says senior guard Marcus Paige is expected to return from a right hand injury for Tuesday night's game against No. 2 Maryland in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The school issued a news release Monday announcing Paige's likely return for the No. 9 Tar Heels, though Paige still had to practice later in the afternoon without a setback. (Associated Press)
