SouthWest Edgecombe's Linwan Euwell was one of the best high school football prospects in Eastern North Carolina. So when Euwell gave N.C. State a verbal commitment in April, other schools, including North Carolina, didn't budge and continued to show interest. N.C. State and North Carolina changed coaches late in the season, and by the time recruiting season ended, Euwell felt most comfortable with the Tar Heels. (Rocky Mount Telegram)
