When he was hired, Larry Fedora vowed that his Tar Heels would be known for "playing smart, playing fast, and playing physical." But, there is more to being the CEO and running a football program than what happens on Saturdays. During a media availability this week, Fedora spoke candidly about what has gone into building the UNC program to where it is today.
