Cleveland Browns sign DB Tim Scott to practice squad

The Cleveland Browns on Tuesday signed defensive back Tim Scott to the practice squad. Scott, 5-11, 195-pound rookie, started 45 of 50 career games at North Carolina. Scott originally signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2015 and was released at the end of training camp before spending time on the Cowboys’ practice squad.
