UNC, Baylor might not light up scoreboard in Russell Athletic Bowl

Numbers might never lie, but they can be massaged and misleading. For instance, numbers suggest No. 17 Baylor and No. 10 North Carolina will have the highest-scoring bowl game of the season. Instead of both teams topping 50 points later this month, the two could struggle to combine for that many points. So what should be expected from the offenses?
