Javan Felix swished a short jumper as time expired, sending Texas to a wild 84-82 win over No. 3 North Carolina on Saturday, giving new coach Shaka Smart his biggest victory with the Longhorns. Isaiah Taylor's 3-point attempt in the final seconds bounced off the rim and the ball dropped straight to Felix, who calmly put it in.
