Win over rival UNC will likely give N.C. State program a big boost

Roy Williams congratulated Sidney Lowe for a job well done. UNC's defense frustrated Williams all game. At the end, he was infuriated by touch fouls committed by Reyshawn Terry and Wes Miller. Williams was not upset that the fouls were called; he was upset that Terry and Miller played defense with their hands, not their feet. (Winston-Salem Journal)
