From pregame ceremony to postgame pick-up, Shammond Williams relishes return to UNC

Tulane came out on the wrong end of a 96-72 thrashing against No. 11 North Carolina on Wednesday, but Green Wave assistant coach Shammond Williams didn’t leave Chapel Hill without at least making one warm memory. This was his first time back in the Smith Center on the opposing bench. Nearly an hour after the game ended, he was out on the Smith Center floor, playing one-on-one with UNC guard Nate Britt.
