Prep-football recruit has change of heart, makes switch to UNC
Posted Feb 3, 2007
North Carolina added to its football recruiting class again yesterday, this time at the expense of rival N.C. State. Linwan Euwell, a 6-3, 220-pound defensive lineman from Southwest Edgecombe High School in Pinetops, switched his commitment from N.C. State to North Carolina. Euwell decided to change after Coach Chuck Amato, who recruited him at N.C. State, was fired and his entire staff was replaced.
