Roy Williams climbs higher on all-time wins chart

North Carolina men’s basketball coach Roy Williams made another climb on the all-time Division I coaching charts last week, but it will take time before he passes another coach. Williams is 11th on the Division I victory list with 760, breaking a tie with Western Kentucky’s Ed Diddle. Next on the list is Lute Olson at No. 10 with 780 victories. (Burlington Times News)
