Picking defenses apart

Carolina has a meticulous grading system. A player is credited with a half screen for setting an assigned pick. He receives credit for a full screen if he sets one on his own initiative. The Tar Heel who ranks highest in that category each game is rewarded by having his name posted on an individual honors board outside the locker room. Ginyard, who has won the award six times, Tyler Hansbrough and Wes Miller are among the most adept.
