UNC, State welcome early football enrollees

The start of the New Year means the arrival of football recruits enrolling early to get a head start on their careers both academically and athletically. North Carolina has welcomed eight spring semester enrollees. Although prized quarterback prospect Chazz Surratt isn’t among them, StarNews All-Area Offensive Player of the Year Garrett Walston is.
