Leaky Black to Announce Decision on Friday

2018 top 50 prospect Leaky Black tweeted that he will announce his college decision Friday night, and the Crystal Ball fully expects the pick to be North Carolina. A 6-5 combo guard from Concord (N.C.) High School, Black is working on developing into a full-time point guard. He is ranked No. 43 in the 247Sports Composite.
