2018 top 50 prospect Leaky Black tweeted that he will announce his college decision Friday night, and the Crystal Ball fully expects the pick to be North Carolina. A 6-5 combo guard from Concord (N.C.) High School, Black is working on developing into a full-time point guard. He is ranked No. 43 in the 247Sports Composite. (247 Sports)
