For Leaky Black, it became about a relationship that was solidified just after the start of the new year, in a much different setting than the party he created Friday when he made his announcement. “That’s the night I knew,” Black said. “That’s when I just knew I wanted to be a Tar Heel.” It happened when Black and his parents, Chon and Carla, met in Tar Heels coach Roy Williams’ office.
