2016 DE Allen Cater down to two

Class of 2016 defensive end Allen Cater is down to two schools. The 6-5, 245-pounds prospect from Kennesaw, Ga. tweeted out that he has narrowed his choices down to Arkansas and North Carolina. CarolinaBlue confirmed with Cater that these are his remaining two choices. (Carolina Blue)
