2016 DE Allen Cater down to two

Class of 2016 defensive end Allen Cater is down to two schools. The 6-5, 245-pounds prospect from Kennesaw, Ga. tweeted out that he has narrowed his choices down to Arkansas and North Carolina. CarolinaBlue confirmed with Cater that these are his remaining two choices.
