Buddy Hield turned down NBA dream to live fairy tale at Oklahoma
Posted Jan 26, 2016
Last April when Buddy Hield announced he would play a senior season for Oklahoma, he put his NBA dream on hold so he could, it turns out, live a college fairy tale. Hield said he was coming back to challenge Kansas for a Big 12 Conference championship. OU is tied for the league lead entering Tuesday night’s home game against Texas Tech and has a favorable conference schedule the rest of the way.
