Michael Phelps makes Curtain of Distraction debut at Arizona State Sun Devils basketball game

Michael Phelps hasn't needed to distract opponents in his neighboring swim lanes in order to become the most decorated medalist in Olympic history. But on Thursday, Phelps helped Arizona State play some free-throw defense during its home game against Oregon State. The 942 Crew unveiled the Curtain of Distraction in 2013 as a way to distract opponents while attempting free throws.
