U.S. Soccer Bestows Its Highest Honor On Anson Dorrance

Former U.S. Women's National Team head coach and current UNC women's soccer coach Anson Dorrance has been named the 2016 winner of the prestigious Werner Fricker Builder Award. As U.S. Soccer's highest honor, the Award is given to an individual who has dedicated at least 20 years to the sport, working to establish a lasting legacy of soccer in the United States.
