Depth of North Carolina's 2016 class marks new chapter

If North Carolina didn't exactly hit a home run with its 2016 signing class -- ESPN graded it as a B-minus -- then it at least counts as a crucial turning point in the development of the program. This was the first time in coach Larry Fedora's tenure that UNC was able to sign a full class, and while NCAA investigations remain ongoing, Fedora is eager to turn the page.
