18. North Carolina Tar Heels: UNC was able to keep defensive coordinator Gene Chizik and signed six defensive backs and two linebackers to help on that side of the ball. UNC will have to replace quarterback Marquise Williams, who accounted for 4,020 yards with 37 touchdowns in 2015. Backup Mitch Trubisky completed 85 percent of his passes with six touchdowns.
