Had North Carolina switched from wideout to tailback earlier last season, coach said recently, the Tar Heels might have had a better shot of making a bowl. So now that the sophomore from Durham is entrenched as the top running back in training camp, UNC's coaches are concentrating on finding Nos. 2, 3 and 4 -- because they don't want to make the same mistake again.
