Posted Feb 13, 2016
North Carolina quarterback signee Chazz Surratt was named the Gatorade North Carolina Player of the Year, Associated Press state Player of the Year, and Parade Magazine put him on the short list of ten finalists for the magazine’s annual Player of the Year Award.
