Pinson sees win over BC as a turning point

North Carolina was down against Boston College. They trailed in the first half and into the the last 20 minutes. Head coach Roy Williams left the game with an episode of vertigo. It was a weird game. Things were all going the Eagles' way and it was bleak for the Tar Heels. But UNC came back. (Carolina Blue)
