It is always good to have high-level athletes on your team. Change of direction, quick leaping ability, and the overall explosiveness are all indicators of an elite athlete. North Carolina is getting one in 2016 quarterback signee Chazz Surratt. The Parade All-American Player of the Year will not only play on UNC's football team, but will also be a preferred walk-on for Roy Williams' Tar Heels.
