Tar Heels unable to close out Blue Devils

No. 5 North Carolina had No. 20 Duke dead to rights in the second half Wednesday, up eight points with 6:49 to play and all the momentum in the world. Dead to rights, however, is not dead. The Tar Heels’ old bugaboo of closing games came back to bite it in a bad way as the Blue Devils squirmed out from all that momentum and stole a 74-73 win in Chapel Hill. (Greensboro News & Record)
