Tar Heels look to build baseball leadership, count on newcomers

UNC is banking on leadership and a crop of newcomers to put its baseball team back in a good place. After a 34-24 season that ended without an NCAA Tournament bid, changes were inevitable with the Tar Heels. “You’d better change,” coach Mike Fox said. “You’d better self-evaluate.” For the first time, Fox named team captains, hoping to build leadership.
