6. North Carolina: Marquise Williams was a second-team, all-ACC selection after combining for more than 4,000 yards of total offense last season and setting nearly two dozen school records. Junior Mitch Trubisky saw action as Williams’ backup the past two seasons, but the dual-threat quarterback should slide into the starting role with ease in 2016.
