12. Elijah Hood, RB, North Carolina: Hood was North Carolina’s first 1,000-yard rusher since 2012 by recording 1,463 yards and 17 scores on 219 attempts. He also ranked third among ACC running backs last season by averaging 106.8 rushing yards in conference games. Expect to see Hood even more involved in 2016. (Athlon Sports)
