Recap: UNC 75, Syracuse 70

In a game that ebbed and flowed much like the loss to Duke, UNC held off Syracuse late for a 75-70 win on Senior Night. The Tar Heels had five players in double figures, led by Brice Johnson's 14 points and 10 rebounds. With the win, UNC clinches a double-bye in the ACC Tournament and can secure a regular-season title on Saturday with a win at Duke. (Tar Heel Blog)
