New Rivals150 For 2017 Basketball Recruiting Class

The new Rivals150 for the basketball class of 2017 is out and there's some Tar Heel flavor among the top 25. In fact, coming in at No. 25 is Jalek Felton, who committed to UNC more than 14 months ago. Also of note, here are where a re other UNC targets are rated: Wendell Carter (No. 4); Kevin Knox (7); Jeremiah Tilmon (16); and P.J. Washington (23).
