Larry Fedora has recruited well, and the Tar Heels have one of the better rosters in the ACC. Only Clemson, Florida State and Miami have signed more blue-chip players over the past four classes. The offense loses quarterback Marquise Williams, but fourth-year junior Mitch Trubisky is already being hyped as a dark horse ACC Player of the Year candidate.
