Is North Carolina or Notre Dame the underdog in tonight’s ACC semi-final game?

You don’t often think of UNC as an underdog, especially playing a team lower ranked. But you can bet Roy Williams is reminding his players about losing to Notre Dame in the ACC championship game last year and losing to the Irish earlier this year. His Tar Heels face the Fighting Irish again in tonight’s 7 p.m. ACC Tournament semi-final game. (WNCN)
