Slump or not, Notre Dame finds out that Marcus Paige can still be a pain
Posted Mar 12, 2016
Late in the first half of Friday night’s 78-47 thrashing of Notre Dame in the ACC tournament semifinal, North Carolina’s Isaiah Hicks had his shot blocked, grabbed the ricochet and slung it to teammate Joel Berry. With Notre Dame’s defense in disarray, Berry fired it to Marcus Paige near the top of the key. Paige instinctively thought about swinging it around the perimeter again to a wide open Justin Jackson on the right wing.
