NC State point guard Anthony "Cat" Barber will test the NBA Draft waters, a source close to the situation told Scout. Barber had a tremendous junior campaign raising his point averages from 12.1 points a game as a sophomore to 23.5 as a junior. Barber also averaged 4.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists.
