It is no secret that UNC's recruiting has taken a hit during this period of NCAA "stuff" that continues to loom over the university and the athletic department. The Tar Heels have had trouble gaining traction with some of the high level, elite recruits. This was never a problem in head coach Roy Williams' first 10 years at North Carolina. (Carolina Blue)
