Marcus Ginyard is sure that North Carolina always draws a team's most determined effort because of the program's long-standing reputation as one of the best in college basketball. If so, the job just got a lot harder. North Carolina is now atop college basketball as the No. 1-ranked team in the national polls. Today, at 9 p.m. at the Smith Center in Chapel Hill, Virginia will try to make its stay there a short one.
