Mike Krzyzewski already has two artificial hips. Sunday, the Duke basketball coach added a new knee to his collection of replacement parts. Krzyzewski underwent total knee replacement surgery on his left knee at Duke University Hospital, a procedure the doctor that performed it termed a success. “Coach Krzyzewski is doing well,” Dr, Michael P.
