Freshman Chloe Ouellet-Pizer’s come-from-behind singles victory gave No. 2 North Carolina a heart-stopping 4-3 win over 30th-ranked Virginia Tech on Friday afternoon. North Carolina (23-2, 11-0 ACC) extended its winning streak to 13 matches, but was pushed to the brink by a good Hokie squad. With the score knotted 3-all, the match would be decided on court four.
