Scott Stankavage: Hometown Hero

is Wednesday’s Hometown Hero. Scott was a quarterback at Carolina back in the early 80’s. He played for three different teams in the NFL. About 3 years ago, Scott was diagnosed with leukemia. Since then, he’s been fighting hard and not only for himself. He’s raising money to help fight the disease in every way he can. (Chapelboro.com)
