UNC rated among top 10 national public universities for African Americans

UNC at Chapel Hill – a top public research university with a strong focus on access and affordability and high graduation rates – ranks ninth among the nation’s best public universities for African Americans, according to MONEY and Essence magazines. The publications analyzed more than 1,500 four-year colleges and universities to single out the ones that offer the best value for African-American students.
