Danny Green played so well the four seasons prior to 2015-16 (10.2 points per game, 42.3% on three-pointers) that many considered the 4-year/$40M extension he signed with San Antonio last July a hometown discount. The starting shooting guard’s play this season has a similar number of people confused wondering what caused his precipitous drop-off in production.
