ACC Barnstorming Tour Invades Avery County

Only in the framework of a traveling tour would basketball fans have an opportunity to see big-time collegiate basketball players, such as North Carolina’s Marcus Paige and Joel James. It’s also the only spot to see local N.C. State legend Tommy Burleson assist as a coach with the Avery squad, only to meet on the opposite bench his former NBA teammate and Tar Heels legend Phil Ford.
