2. Mitch Trubisky, North Carolina On Friday, UNC head coach Larry Fedora confirmed what was obvious throughout the spring: Trubisky will be the Tar Heels’ starting quarterback this season. Even last year, when he was backing up second-team All-ACC selection Marquise Williams, Trubisky left reason to believe he should have been the starter.
