UNC's `D' shapes up for ACC

The second-biggest cheer Wednesday at the Smith Center probably came when North Carolina point guard Bobby Frasor returned from injury. A discount on biscuits offered by a local restaurant if North Carolina scored 100 points led to the biggest cheer when the team reached triple digits. But Frasor's return from a six-game absence was the most significant moment of the Tar Heels' 102-64 thumping of Pennsylvania.
